As a roofing supplier, we pride ourselves on our high-quality materials and custom metal roofing products. We have two warranties: the Prime Galvalume Cold Rolled Sheet Exclusive Limited Warranty and the WeatherXL™ Crinkle Warmth Exclusive Limited Warranty.

Prime Galvalume Cold Rolled Sheet Exclusive Limited Warranty

Seller warrants that this prime hot dipped aluminum-zinc coated prime GALVALUME cold rolled sheet steel will not rupture, fail structurally, corrode or perforate during the Warranty Period under normal atmospheric conditions.

Prime Galvalume Cold Rolled Sheet Exclusive Limited Warranty Period

For this warranty, the “Warranty Period” lasts 25 years plus six months after the roofing supplier has shipped the GALVALUME sheet from their place of business or an outside processing facility or storage facility, whichever is applicable. For example, if a piece of material has been pre-painted with AZ50 or AZ55 waterborne paint, it will last for twenty-five years. The unpainted AZ55 parts, coated with acrylic paint, will last for twenty years.

Prime Galvalume Cold Rolled Sheet Exclusive Limited Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover any damage caused by anything besides the corrosion caused by immersion in normal weather conditions.
In no event does this Warranty apply to any GALVALUME Sheet that is exposed to abnormal conditions such as, but not limited to, the following: water damage and condensation, saltwater marine environments, soil with corroding chemicals such as concrete, ash, or animal waste.
The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper installation or exposure of your GALVALUME Sheet to lead or copper flashings.
Warranty does not apply to coatings that experience damage from causes such as severe reverse bending, alternate tension, compression cycles, or improper roll forming. It is also not applicable to coatings that come in contact with damp insulation or other corrosives.

WeatherXL™ Crinkle Warmth Exclusive Limited Warranty

Warranty includes within 40 years of WeatherXL application, cracking, peeling, or loss of adhesion will be visible to the naked eye.
With a 30-year warranty on both the WeatherXL™ and color changes, you can count on the company to stand behind it. In addition, Camellia Metal City guarantees that its panels will hold up to a 6 Hunter Delta-E rating when installed horizontally and an 8 Hunter Delta-E rating vertically.
WeatherXL™ colors will not always be uniform over surfaces that are not equally exposed to the sun and elements, so the guarantee is a bit broader than concrete.

WeatherXL™ Crinkle Warmth Exclusive Limited Warranty Exclusions

Beyond the seller’s control, acts of God, falling objects, explosions, fires, or other such circumstances are not covered by the warranty.
The WeatherXL™ warranty excludes coverage for hazardous substances like those found in a salt environment, and the WeatherXL™ warranty is not provided when installed on any material subjected to sea spray.
Damage due to moisture entrapment in the coils, damage due to improper installation procedures, and damage due to storage are not warrantable. In addition, the warranty excludes any damage that can occur due to moisture entrapment during the buyer’s transport, storage, or installation.
